Numbness disappeared
The quality, ingredients and quantity are excellent. I suffered from numbness on my right side, especially in my foot and hand at bedtime, with annoying pain. After continuing this treatment, the numbness completely vanished. The lack of B vitamins caused many issues, including stomach pain, which has eased greatly since I began taking it with zinc and magnesium citrate.

Skin issues improved
